Service

SMB Suite provides software for small-business operations, including opportunity tracking, customer follow-up, communications, bookings, administrative tools, marketing assistance and business intelligence. Features may use third-party infrastructure and may change as the service improves.

Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and business information, protecting access to your account, and using SMB Suite lawfully. You must have the rights and permissions required for information you upload or process through the service.

Billing

The $1, 14-day SMB Suite experience is a one-time purchase and does not automatically convert into a recurring membership. A recurring membership starts only when you separately select a plan and complete subscription checkout. You may cancel a recurring membership at any time; cancellation stops future renewal while access may continue through the paid period.

SMS messaging terms

SMB Suite and participating businesses may send service-related text messages only where the recipient has provided the level of consent required for the message type. Transactional and informational messaging may include missed-call follow-up, customer-care responses, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates and requested follow-up.

Message frequency varies based on the customer interaction and enabled services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or contact support@smbsuite.io.

SMS consent is optional, is collected separately from acceptance of these Terms and from email consent, and is not a condition of purchase. Marketing or promotional text messaging requires separate express written consent where required.

SMB Suite users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid recipient consent before sending messages through SMB Suite and for honoring opt-out requests. Consent may not be bought, sold, rented or transferred.

Communications features

If you enable CallCatch, voice, SMS or booking features, you authorize SMB Suite and its communications providers to process the information needed to operate those features. Call recording or transcription features must be used in accordance with applicable notice and consent requirements.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. SMB Suite does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax or other regulated advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use SMB Suite for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing or unsolicited communications; to bypass consent requirements; or to send prohibited content. We may restrict communications features when required by carriers, providers, law or platform safety controls.

Data and termination

Cancelling a membership does not itself delete business records. Permanent deletion is a separate action and may be subject to ownership-transfer and applicable retention obligations.
