SMB Suite is operated by Oikos Consulting & Management Inc. This policy explains how SMB Suite handles information used to provide its small-business operating tools, including communications, bookings, follow-up, marketing, administration and analytics.
Information we collect
We may collect account information, business profile information, contact details, operational records you enter into SMB Suite, call and messaging records, booking details, usage information, billing-related identifiers and support communications. Where a feature uses an external provider, the provider may process information needed to deliver that feature.
How we use information
We use information to operate SMB Suite, authenticate users, provide requested features, process payments, support customer service, improve reliability and security, prevent abuse, deliver communications you have requested or consented to receive, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
SMB Suite may use service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Google Calendar, Resend, AI model providers and other infrastructure vendors when required to provide enabled features. These providers process information only for the services they provide to SMB Suite and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
SMS and messaging consent
SMS consent is collected separately from other permissions. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing SMB Suite or receiving a business service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, transfer or share text-message opt-in data or messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. Messaging consent is specific to the sender and purpose for which it was given.
Call recordings and transcriptions
When CallCatch or another communications feature is enabled, calls may be recorded or transcribed after an appropriate notice is provided. These records are used to help the participating business respond to the caller, maintain service records and operate the requested feature.
Retention and deletion
SMB Suite retains operational records as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate business, security and legal requirements. Cancelling a paid membership does not automatically delete an account or workspace. Authorized account owners may request permanent deletion, subject to ownership-transfer and applicable legal or retention requirements.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@smbsuite.io. Marketing email preferences are managed separately from SMS consent.
